Well, its Easter weekend and the work still continues. We will be posting some pics pretty soon of some of the renovations that have occured in the 2 months since we aquired the hall. Some of the changes are more drastic than others. Been some issues with the plumbing and electrical but all in all, not too much in the way of major repairs. More or less, just a giant dose of TLC. May 22nd is quickly approaching and we know that the Bride and Groom are starting to feel the excitement. They have been out here on a couple of occassions to help with some of the repairs and renovations. In fact, they are spending part of their Easter weekend with us out here and getting some more things done. Even convinced the 3 teenagers of their families to come and help out. (must have taken bribery of some kind!)
We have been hard at it and are finally starting to see the fruits of our labors, but there is still a long way to go. We will be ready for May 22nd, God willin' and the creeks dont rise! (a comment from a redneck freind of mine) We will take about 3 weeks after that to do some more additions and finishing touches to be ready for our pending Grand Opening sometime in the middle of June. We will keep you posted.
